My most prized possession is my Bible. It helps guide me to become a better person. Wisdom and guidance are always waiting in the pages for me. My God, faith, morals, and supportive family, have made me the girl I am today. My Bible reminds me of all these things.

What is something few people know about you?

As confident and outgoing as I am, I still dislike public speaking. Practice makes perfect! I will not back down from an opportunity to improve my public speaking skills, even if my knees shake.

What do you do to stay healthy?

I work out at the local YMCA and attend yoga classes. I also go to "abs class" at Angelo State University. I lift weights, break a sweat, and take the stairs whenever possible. I stop eating when I feel full, even if there is a little food remaining on my plate.

Are you a good listener or a good talker?

I am certainly a great talker. However, being a student, daughter, sister, and friend, I also do my fair share of listening as well. There is always someone who needs you to just listen and be there for them.

Name 3 characteristics you look for in a friend.

I look for humor, honesty, and clues that they have a good head on their shoulders. I love to laugh. I love the truth, even if it hurts. I love friends who know right from wrong and have goals they strive to reach. My friends all possess these qualities.
